2 Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration Requirements
- Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
- Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or closed and funds being forfeited.
- A valid email address and mobile number must be provided when registering an account.
2.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for keeping your account password completely confidential.
- Third parties must not be given access to your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
- mu777 is not responsible for any loss arising from failure to maintain account security.
2.3 KYC Verification
For withdrawals above a certain amount or for security reasons, mu777 may request a national identity card, passport or other documents to verify identity. Failure to provide these documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each payment method.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
- Deposits must be made from an account registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
- All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour.
- The user's identity and payment method may be verified at the time of withdrawal.
- If a bonus wagering requirement is still active, withdrawals may be restricted until it is fulfilled.

3.3 Refund Policy
Excess deposits caused by technical errors or duplicate transactions may be refunded after verification. Funds deposited voluntarily are generally non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted through the support team.
4 Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. The bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has its own validity period — any unused bonus is cancelled after it expires.
- If bonus abuse is detected (multiple accounts, false information, etc.), all bonuses and related winnings will be cancelled.
- mu777 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without notice.
- Activating one bonus while another is still in progress may be against the rules — contact the support team for details.
4.3 VIP Cashback Program
The mu777 VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Players can move up to a higher tier through regular and active play. Cashback is automatically credited to the account each week and its own wagering conditions apply.
5 Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on mu777 are operated fairly and transparently. The use of bots, automated software, closed-loop betting systems or any dishonest strategy is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.
5.2 Technical Errors
If a game error occurs due to a software or server problem, the relevant round or bet may be voided and the stake will be returned. mu777 is not obliged to pay out incorrect payouts resulting from technical errors.
5.3 Sports Betting Rules
- Bets must be placed before the event begins, unless a live betting option is available.
- Betting based on match-fixing or collusion is strictly prohibited.
- If a match is cancelled, stakes will be returned.
- Official results apply to all international cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments.
6 Prohibited Activities
6.1 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
mu777 has a strict stance against money laundering and any illegal financial activity. Accounts will be reviewed in the case of suspicious transactions and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.
6.2 List of Prohibited Conduct
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Opening or operating an account under a third party's identity

- Fraudulent conduct toward other users
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems
- Harassing or disrespectful conduct toward mu777 staff
- Submitting forged or false identity documents

10 Account Closure Policy

mu777 may close or suspend an account for the following reasons: breach of Terms; fraudulent activity; providing false information; failure to pass age verification; suspicion of money laundering. In the event of a breach of Terms, bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses may be forfeited.
